When making sharp turns with patch cords, you might worry about overbending causing the cable jacket to wear out, potentially exposing the insulated conductors and disrupting continuity. It’s a valid concern, and it’s precisely why we’ve introduced the swing-supporting boot.
This innovative design features a secondary boot that extends from the main boot, providing extra support to maintain the proper bending radius. By preventing overtight bends, it helps eliminate signal reflections and ensures reliable performance. The swing-supporting boot allows cables to pivot sideways, making it easier to route cords to cable management systems on either side in tightly packed setups.
Each patch cord is 100% in-house tested using the FLUKE DSX-8000 for Cat 6 Patch Cord Test Limits, guaranteeing component-rated performance.
