Big Cond. w/Hook
23AWG
“Cat 6A patch cord test limit” is by far the most stringent crosstalk limit for data patch cords. It really takes quality craftsmanship and a well-designed plug to successfully assemble a patch cord that complies with Cat 6A standards.
Cat 6A S/FTP 23AWG solid cables have larger “foamed” conductor insulation and require more space to fit into the plug.
That’s why a 2-piece design is recommended. The “1357-up/2468-down loading bar” is made in two rows. It eases the tension throughout the assembling procedure instead of aligning in a single row. It allows threading the wires through the loading bar.
The 8-position groove of the loading bar is 1.45mm+0.05/-0mm wide and the plug entrance accepts cable sizes smaller than 8.0mm. An easy way to thread S/FTP 23AWG wires through with the rear grounding hook for encircling the cable braid.
Exceeds TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Cat 6A transmission standards. This "Big Conductor w/Hook" plug could be the one that accommodates the largest foamed wires on the market so far!
