“3pcs”, loading bar + windmill guide

Standard Cat 6 unshielded modular plugs accept 24 to 26AWG, solid or stranded unshielded twisted pair cable with accommodation of insulated conductor from 0.90mm to 1.0mm and cable O.D. less than 6.5mm.

3-piece design.
The “guide” helps to separate each pair and keep its twist ratio. The “loading bar” is made to attach to the guide so each wire can be trimmed flush and steadily seated. For a lot of installers on the field, this could be the ingenuity to pass “Cat 6 Patch Cord Test Limit”.
