RJ45 Male Screw-Lock

The M12 female connector is made to fit an M12 male plug from another device or cable, while the RJ45 male end connects right to Ethernet network gear.

This setup is especially useful for systems like industrial control panels with an M12 male connector. The M12 female connector on this patch cord allows for a straightforward connection to an RJ45 network without needing extra adapters, making it ideal for extending connections or serving as a bridge where an M12 male plug is already part of the setup.

Screw-locking feature adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that the RJ45 connection remains stable even in environments with high vibration or movement. This is ideal for applications like transportation, heavy machinery, or any setting where intermittent connectivity due to loose connections can cause network slowdowns or disruptions. The screw-spacing is generally set at 25mm. However, for more specialized needs, 20mm and 27mm screw-spacing options can be provided upon request.
