Pass Through w/Hook
23AWG
“Cat 6A patch cord test limit” is by far the most stringent crosstalk limit for data patch cords. Unfortunately, Cat 6A plug assembly is really time-consuming and requires great skills. Is there any way to assemble a plug more quickly while maintaining an acceptable Cat 6A headroom? Yes, I think there is.
The pass-through plug might just be the one you are looking for.
It is a 2-piece design.
The “1357-up/2468-down loading bar” is made in two rows. It eases the tension throughout the assembling procedure instead of aligning in a single row. It allows threading the wires through the loading bar. Insert the bar all the way till it reaches the narrow gate and cut all wires afterward. Only a very short untwisted length is presented with no room for kink and slack. The extremely short stripped length is the key to achieving Cat 6A compliance.
The 8-position groove of the loading bar is 1.4mm+0.02/-0mm wide and the entrance accepts cable sizes smaller than 7.5mm. An easy way to thread S/FTP 23AWG wires through with the rear grounding hook for encircling the cable braid. Dual advantages in a single design.
Works with 007A8ST014 Series Crimping Tool. Wire termination and cutting at the same time.
An alternative solution for connecting to 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
