The LKHBSD Series stands out as one of the smallest keystone jacks in the market, featuring patented mechanical and electrical innovations. Moreover, its frame and shutter design enables color identification on the metal housing.

Patented Transmission Design
The LKHBSD Series features an innovative lead-frame design that elongates the coupling space to minimize the fringing field. This helps control impedance, reducing reflections and mitigating crosstalk. By minimizing unwanted signals induced to adjacent pairs, the LKHBSD Series attains Component-Rated performance and is safeguarded by Patent US 9325117 B1.
Patented Mechanical Design
As the demand for higher bandwidth and transmission speed increases, insulated conductors grow larger, making it challenging to keep shielded keystone jacks short. Thanks to patented US 11870195 B2 and its 3-step progressive mechanism, the LKHBSD Series keeps its small size while preserving a crucial 10mm grounding length for effective EMI prevention.
Color ID. for Die-Cast Jacks
The TIA-606 standard recommends using color-coding for certain LAN fields. While it's easy to implement with colorful plastic for unshielded connectors, it has always been more difficult for shielded ones. Thanks to US Patent 12,051,872 B2, the innovative "Frame-with-Shutter" design is attached to the front of the die-cast housing, allowing for color identification and keeping out small objects.
Transmission Guaranteed
The transmission performance is certified and regularly monitored by the reputable 3rd-party laboratory ETL Intertek. Internal crosstalk requirements surpass the specified limits of both TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801-1 standards. More importantly, the entire die-cast enfoldment around the LKHBSD Series keeps differential signals from being interfered with by common mode signals.
PoE Type 4 Certified
Copper cabling is becoming more and more in demand as the market becomes more crowded with power-hungry IP devices. Shielded Keystone Jacks are the preferred choice due to their excellent heat dissipation capabilities. The LKHBSD series is verified with IEC 60512-99-002 to demonstrate compliance for disengagement cycles between plugs and jacks in IEEE 802.3bt 4PPoE application.

The LKHBSD series addresses this need by offering a compact and slim design that allows for the mounting of up to 48 ports in 1U. These full-metal-jacketed keystone jacks ensure there is no leakage, maintaining EMI immunity and preventing Alien Crosstalk even when installed in close proximity.
